Activate Phishing Protection on Abacus Market (GUIDE)

Instructions on how to activate the phishing protection function.

This option disables the QR code for deposit address generated and replace it with a PGP's signed message that will contain the user deposited addres, encrypted with the user's PGP key.

To use this option your profile must have a PGP key assigned.

Step 1 – go to the edit profile page for your account.

On the page, scroll down to the "SECURITY SETTINGS SECTION" section.

Phishing Protection – Yes

Step 2 – apply the changes you have made so that they take effect.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "SAVE CHANGES" button.

Your deposit addresses are 100% protected from phishing attacks from the moment this feature is activated.
